My Story
With over 21 years of yoga practice, I’ve explored diverse styles and worked through personal challenges, including overcoming chronic lower back pain and getting better in flowing during my practice. My journey led me to @day1yoga, where I deepened my understanding of body mechanics, functional imbalance, and anatomy—transforming my approach to yoga.

My approach is rooted in creating a Vinyasa Yoga sequence focusing on functional movement, functional imbalance, strength and flexibility rather than following a cookie cutter routine.
I am passionate about offering my students an empowering and safe practice that helps them unlock their full potential in every pose. I emphasize the value of listening to your body and developing healthy, sustainable practices that encourage long-term wellness / longevity. Through years of dedication, I’ve refined my skills to help students achieve solid arm balances, elevate their practice, and deepen their understanding of their own bodies.

In addition to my private and group classes, I offer personalized assessments to help students address and correct posture imbalances and body pains caused by sports, hobbies, or lifestyle preferences.
